She never explained package options or solutions that would save money Or properly ensure I was covered incase of an incident. Instead I've been overpaying for policies that were not applicable to me at all for months. Billing just goes up and up without any communication. Literally felt like she was doing the absolute bare minimum and wasting as much time as possible to get another billing cycle out of me.
